Stacey works closely with sales, recruiting, marketing, technology and the leadership team at Cimplifi to identify, grow and support large strategic accounts across the country. This includes sales strategies and customizing end-to-end eDiscovery and CALM (contract analytics and lifecycle management) solutions. Her clients range from Am Law 100 and Fortune 100 Companies to boutique firms and organizations.  Previously, Stacey has worked in both eDiscovery software sales and managed document review recruiting.

Marla Crawford, General Counsel at Cimplifi

Marla brings over 30 years’ expertise to her role as general counsel. She is a respected attorney, strategic advisor, and thought leader who speaks regularly on legal technology, electronic discovery, and information governance issues.  Marla spent 22 years practicing law at the prestigious international firm, Jones Day, specializing in the discovery phase of litigation. She also served as associate general counsel for Goldman Sachs for 11 years where she led the firm’s global eDiscovery practice and focused on complex commercial and securities litigation and regulatory investigations. Marla’s expertise also includes advising on issues relating to information governance as well as the deployment of new technologies. Marla earned a bachelor’s degree in public policy from Duke University and graduated magna cum laude from Boston University, where she earned her Juris Doctor.

Alison Ciaramitaro, Director of Training & Implementation

Alison leads client implementation and training for Cimplifi and is adept at identifying the needs and goals of clients at case startup or tool implementation to offer individualized training and workflows to provide the most effective and efficient training possible. She is a Relativity Analytics Specialist, Certified User, and Certified Administrator, a RelativityOne Professional, a Brainspace Discovery Certified Analyst, DISCO Search and Review certified, and a DocuSign Insight Administrator and CLM Implementation Consultant.
