May 2023 - MALSP Meeting - The Good, the Bad and the Ugly of Purview Premium eDiscovery.
SYNOPSIS:
The constant updates to the platform certainly range from great to challenging in Premium eDiscovery. Microsoft has introduced a ton of changes over the past 14 months. Including almost weekly updates since December 2022 with more announced for the near future (see: Improving efficiency of your eDiscovery workflows with Microsoft Purview - Microsoft Community Hub.)
Our discussion will include current licensing, new functionality, naming changes, and how and where organizations are leveraging their investment in M365 to support Discovery. The discussion will be led by Anne Costello from Epiq, with the benefit of a Corporate Legal perspective from Kate Karshna (3M) and Law Firm perspective from Brigid Volk (Greene Espel).
