SYNOPSIS: 

Data is multiplying at record speeds as is the use of analytics and reporting.  But how much are we really using that insight into past trends to shape future decisions? Please join us on Thursday, September 15th for an exciting discussion, which covers the law firm, corporate and provider side of analytics, metrics and reporting and how we can all benefit from making data driven decisions.

Sarah Riedel

Litigation Project Analyst

As a member of the 3M Litigation team, Sarah Riedel is responsible for project management, database management, developing litigation collaboration platforms, and implementing and managing analytics on key litigation projects. Sarah also works with various legal groups to identify new tools and provide creative solutions to streamline eDiscovery processes. She has worked closely with internal legal teams, outside counsel, and legal service providers for over ten years.



Lyndsey Wurst, CEDS

Lyndsey manages the Law Department with a focus on technology, budget and personnel management. She consults on various technology needs to ensure that the law department technology is efficient and cost effective. She also advocates for enhancements on current technology needs, consults on e-discovery, litigation case management and budget control and is highly focused on career development for the law department as a whole. She continues to advocate for further education for her staff, healthy business relationships across the enterprise and financial industry and is always looking to contain costs on legal spend. Lyndsey left the law-firm life and loves it.





Chris Austin

Chris Austin is an established information management professional who focuses his work on transforming organizations with new processes and emerging technologies. With over 20 years of experience, Chris has overseen change in a variety of organizations including state and federal government, academia, publicly traded companies, and law firms. His knowledge and experience include information systems, library services, and knowledge management. Recently, Chris has merged traditional library services with records functionality into a cohesive unit, breaking silos and transforming how data is consumed. Chris heads up the information governance efforts at Bowman and Brooke, including acquiring state of the are software, helping Bowman and Brooke continue its dominance as one of the premier product liability defense law firms.

Marc Zamsky, CEDS, has been architecting eDiscovery solutions and legal review services since 1996. In his role as CEO, Marc brings a strong record of strategic planning, organic business growth, and operational efficiency. He guides the firm’s strategic direction and initiatives to deliver the highest standards of quality and customer service. Marc is a champion for advancing innovative approaches for client cost control and data management, including implementation of advanced analytics and workflows for corporate legal departments and their outside counsel.  Prior to joining Cimplifi, Marc was a founding member, partner, and shareholder at a nationally recognized eDiscovery company and has served in executive leadership roles for several other industry leaders. During his career, he has worked with most of the Fortune 500 companies and the majority of the AmLaw 200 law firms. Marc practiced law as a commercial litigation attorney in Philadelphia from 1992 to 1996 and is a frequent author and speaker. He earned his BA from Penn State University and received his J.D. cum laude from Temple Law School, where he served as a member of the Law Review and Moot Court team.
