September 2021 MALSP Meeting - Collections - Argh! A “Collective” Discussion About our Most Challenging Collection Issues

SYNOPSIS:

The world of collections has always been ever evolving and challenging, but the pandemic has taken it to a whole new level with WFH, new modes of communication/collaboration and increased BYOD. This seems to leave many of us scratching our head and looking to our peers for support, so we decided to tackle this together. Please join us on Thursday, September 16th for an exciting discussion on a variety of collection topics. From Slack and WhatsApp to working with outside IT providers, our panelists will cover it all. After the panel presentation, we will ask you all to join the discussion during virtual breakouts. We promise this interactive conversation won’t disappoint, so bring your most difficult collection scenarios for discussion.
