Trade Secret litigation has significantly increased over the last decade; to no surprise, the need for forensic analysis to support those matters has also increased. Rapid technological growth, the adoption of Cloud, and the increased of “connected” devices have all increased the complexity of forensic analysis for trade secret cases. This discussion will focus on methods and techniques for data exfiltration and the types of artifacts, evidence, or limitations you can expect in these types of cases.
