SYNOPSIS:
Join us for an interactive discussion, hosted by a panel of experts with In-House and Law Firm perspectives, on advanced analytics and their strategic implementation across the EDRM. The panel will cover a variety of topics including end-point indexing analysis, internal compliance and investigation, workflow and TAR 2.0 implementation, highlighting new and upcoming facets such as sentiment analysis. If you’ve wondered how others are implementing analytics into their eDiscovery workflow, or just want to learn more about the advanced used of analytics, this is the panel for you.

Marc Zamsky, Chief Operating Officer, Compliance Discovery Solutions
Marc focuses on the use of technology, early case assessment (ECA), analytics, project management and technology assisted attorney review (TAR/Predictive Coding/Managed Review) to deliver comprehensive discovery solutions to corporate legal departments and their outside counsel. Now, as the Chief Operating Officer of Compliance, a System One Company, he is part of the executive management team responsible for leveraging Compliance's strong history in the managed review arena and enhancing its Discovery Services offering. Marc is also proud to serve as a member of The Sedona Conference, Working Group Series, WG1. Prior to joining the legal solutions and outsourcing industry, Marc practiced law as a commercial litigation attorney in Philadelphia for nearly 5 years.

Meghann Kantke, Senior Legal Counsel, CHS
Meghann is an experienced litigator, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in trade secrets misappropriation cases, and has a particular interest in eDiscovery issues. Prior to joining CHS, she was an associate for Gray Plant Mooty for 8 years. Before pursuing a legal career, she taught English to children and adults in Ostrava, Czech Republic. Meghann has also worked as an instructor for The Princeton Review.
Jenifer Melby, Director of eDiscovery and Client Advisory Technology Services, Bowman and Brooke
Jenifer is a licensed attorney with deep understanding of technology consults with legal teams and clients to strategize best practice workflow and e-discovery processes. She provides day-to-day leadership, industry discipline and expertise in directing Bowman and Brooke's litigation and e-discovery support services, including team leadership, external networking, and support of engagement management, client services, business development and marketing, cross-selling, and strategic business planning.
Dave Jensen, Manager of Litigation Support, Faegre Baker Daniels
Dave is an attorney, Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), and an experienced discovery consultant. He works with law firms, government agencies, and corporate legal departments to provide flexible, efficient, and defensible electronic discovery solutions. Dave helps attorneys develop case strategy relating to electronic discovery and identifies efficient and cost-conscious methods to identify, preserve, collect, organize and review electronic data.
